Powder coating for steel and sandblasting

For steel parts, electrostatic powder coating is a proven standard that ensures top-quality finishing. We start with sandblasting to remove oxides, rust and impurities, creating a uniform surface. Next, we apply the powder with electrostatic spray guns. The piece is then placed in a curing oven, where the powder melts and bonds firmly to the steel, forming a smooth, durable coating.

Wood finishing

When production needs scale up, our robotic coating line with two-component acrylic paints comes into play. The automated system ensures an even, precise finish, controlled film thickness and reduced cycle times, while the 2-K technology delivers high mechanical and chemical performance with excellent resistance to scratches, impacts and UV rays.

Woodworking

In our workshop, wood is processed with latest-generation CNC machinery. A 5-axis CNC router allows complex milling with maximum precision: it performs cuts, pocketing and 3D shaping on any geometry, reducing cycle times and error margins. 5-axis machining ensures continuous toolpaths and refined surfaces, enabling both structural parts and bespoke decorative elements.

Metal bending

Bending is a key stage to shape profiles and sheets into functional components. In our workshop we use high-precision press brakes and machinery to meet tight tolerances and form the material without compromising strength. With a press force of 175 tonnes, we bend steel parts up to 3 m in length at 6 mm thickness, 1.5 m at 10 mm, and 1 m at 12 mm.

Laser cutting

Laser cutting is a versatile, innovative process that delivers ultra-high precision—ideal for geometric shapes, patterns or intricate designs. With latest-generation machines we execute complex jobs with extremely accurate cuts: aluminium up to 15 mm, mild steel up to 30 mm, and stainless steel up to 20 mm.
